Located within the Clinique Genolier, this new center offers patients suffering from cancer a multidisciplinary sphere of high medical skills combined with personalized care. Note that these benefits are paid under the Federal Health Insurance Act for all consultations and outpatient services.

A multidisciplinary approach

The strength of this new entity is its team of specialists coming from several different diagnostics, and therapeutic disciplines who, in the framework of regular colloquia entitled Tumor boards, study each case carefully and share their examination results and experiences.

This multidisciplinary approach, which also includes the participation of external doctors, creates one of the best care at the highest level of care available in the world.

A primary reference point

Integrated within the Genolier Swiss Oncology Network (GSON) and accredited at the federal level, by the Swiss Cancer Network (SCN), the center is a direct emanation of the Multidisciplinary Institute of Oncology (IMO) created in 1996. The center, which is also part of the Romand Network of Oncology, has become in the last 20 years a key reference point for breast cancers - its Breast Center has been certified at the federal level - and also in the ORL sphere, strengthened by the diversification of its activities: onco-geriatrics, gynecological, prostate, digestive, pulmonary, hematological cancers, as well as sarcomas, lymphomas and tumors of the central nervous system.
